Rydym yn awyddus i fod yn si\u0175r bod ein ffordd o redeg Taking Flight yn deg ac yn gyfiawn a\u2019n bod ni\u2019n gwir gynrychioli\u2019r lleisiau sydd o\u2019n cwmpas.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Pwy sy\u2019n gallu ymgeisio? Gweithwyr proffesiynol llawrydd yn y celfyddydau yng Nghymru \u2013 gallech chi fod yn hwylusydd, dawnsiwr\/wraig, rheolwr(aig) llwyfan, technegydd, artist gweledol ayyb. Yn unol \u00e2 natur ein gwaith, rydym am glywed yn arbennig oddi wrth weithwyr llawrydd Byddar ac anabl. Rydym yn awyddus hefyd i dderbyn ceisiadau gan bobl groenliw, pobl draws a rhai anneuaidd o ran rhywedd, ac eraill sydd wedi brwydro dros ennill cynrychiolaeth i\u2019w lleisiau creadigol.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Beth fydda i\u2019n ei wneud? Byddwch chi\u2019n mynychu hyd at 6 sesiwn hanner diwrnod rhwng mis Rhagfyr 2020 a mis Ebrill 2021. Cynhelir y sesiynau ar-lein, neu yn ein canolfan yng Nghaerdydd. Caiff pobl o rannau eraill o Gymru gymryd rhan mewn sesiynau byw yn ddigidol.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Beth yw diben y sesiynau? Byddwch chi\u2019n helpu i lunio polis\u00efau ac arferion gweithio Taking Flight. Rydym am weithio gydag ystod amrywiol o bobl at lunio a dylanwadu ar ein ffordd o weithio er mwyn iddi wasanaethu\u2019n well y Gymru lle rydym yn byw.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Bydd y Panel yn cwrdd tuag unwaith y mis i weithio at ddatblygu polisi neu set o ganllawiau newydd neu un sy\u2019n bodoli eisoes \u2013 er enghraifft ein Polisi ar Gydraddoldeb ac Amrywiaeth, ein gweithdrefn recriwtio ayyb. Fe gewch chi eich hwyluso mewn trafodaeth ynghylch polis\u00efau penodol gyda golwg ar lunio set o argymhellion inni.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Faint o d\u00e2l fydda i\u2019n ei gael?
