What are the sessions for? You will be helping to shape the policies and working practices of Taking Flight. We want to work with a variety of people to shape and influence the way we work that better serves the Wales we live in
The Panel will meet roughly once a month to work on developing an existing or new policy or set of guidelines- for example our Equality and Diversity Policy, our recruitment procedure etc. You will be facilitated in a discussion around certain policies to reach a set of recommendations for us.
What will I be paid? You will be paid £150 for each half day session. There will be breaks scheduled into the session.
We will provide access as required by the panel.
