35 hours per week
£28,000 per annum

Taking Flight Theatre are excited to be currently recruiting to the role of Operations Manager. We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a similar role, who has a lot of flexibility and ideally has a passion for Theatre.
You will have operational responsibility for Finance, HR and Administration across the company, working closely with our Executive Director and Artistic Director.
We are a small theatre and inclusive access advisory company based in Cardiff, working towards equal representation of Deaf and disabled people in theatre.
We want our workforce to be representative of all sections of society and we actively welcome candidates who are currently underrepresented in the arts.
